I've had such an amazing time so far road trippin' around @visitsouthwestscotland and I've had views like this keeping me company the whole way. It's been brilliant stopping off at spots like this whenever I want and doing a bunch of adventure activities along the way too. This really is turning into the perfect adventure road trip! 1 week ago by anadventurousworld I think I've found the cutest castle in @visitsouthwestscotland ! Caerlaverock Castle is only 50 minutes from Carlisle & Gretna so super close to the English border. It's also the only triangular castle in the whole UK making it the perfect spot for my Scottish road trip! Don't you think it looks straight out of a fairytale!? [Ad] #SWC300
2 weeks ago by anadventurousworld This is what hiking in @visitwales is all about! Yesterday I attempted to summit Tryfan, the 15th highest mountain in Wales. Even though that doesn’t sound that impressive, this is actually one of the toughest climbs in Snowdonia National Park as it’s such a steep gradient. You can’t make it to the top unless you go proper rock climbing over the rocks. I’m not going to lie, at times it’s pretty sketchy and it gets the blood pumping, but it's all worth it for the views as you go up. Unfortunately I didn't quite reach the summit as I ran
1 week ago by anadventurousworld I've made it to the most southerly point in Scotland! The Mull of Galloway lighthouse is one of the most beautiful lighthouses in Scotland, and on a clear day you can see all the way to the Isle of Man, Ireland & England too. As you can imagine, the views of the coastline from the top are just incredible! Also, this lighthouse is home to the only working foghorn on mainly Scotland - I even got to be a big kid as I sounded the horn myself! [Ad] #SWC300

Yesterday I climbed the Grey Mare's Tail, the 5th highest waterfall in the UK and one of the most popular hikes around too. If you keep on climbing past the waterfall you'll eventually come to this beautiful place, Loch Skeen. For me, this is what hiking is all about and I'm forever falling in love with views like this! ️ [Ad] #SWC300
